Every airport arrival includes complimentary waiting time — 60 minutes on domestic flights, 75 on international — measured from when you land, so a normal delay costs you nothing. Dispatch checks your arrival against the flight number you gave us. For a long delay or a rebooked flight, call dispatch on (818) 200-7542 so we can move the pickup.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For early morning pickups (before 6am) or large group vehicles, book 48 hours ahead. Last-minute bookings are accepted subject to availability.
For domestic airport pickups we include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after your flight lands, and 75 minutes for international arrivals. For pickups within the city, 30 minutes are included. Additional waiting time is billed separately.
